He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald "Bud" Ward and Bonnie Owen. He is survived by: his parents, John E Owen Sr. and Regina Ward-Miller; his stepfather Gilbert Miller; his children, Elexis Ricketts-Owen, Josiah Ray Owen, Zeric Owen and Mya Owen; his brothers, Garrett Owen and Dillon Owen; and his grandparents, Linda Fitzpatrick, Gilbert and Karen Miller. He is also survived by cousins, and several close friends.
Due to the national health crisis, mask are required and social distancing should be maintained.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the Beyond the Walls Ministry.
