It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kirk (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Aubrey Kirk and Lelah Ione Taylor Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Vaughan Kirk of Forsyth; his daughter Emily Ann Kirk (Todd Evans); his granddaughters, Lily Pearl Kirk Evans and Sophie Grace Kirk Evans; his siblings, Linda Ann Reed (Ken) and Danny Dale Kirk (Janet); and his nieces and nephews, David Reed, Kelly Weston, Sarah Kirk and Mandan Kirk.
Memorial donations can be made to the Keokuk Public Library, where John loved spending time.
