She was predeceased by: her father Louis E. Jones; her husband Donald Nelson; her son William G. Nelson; her siblings, Helen F. Talbert, Charles E. and James William Jones; and her daughter-in-law Jaime Nelson.
She is survived by: her son James Nelson of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her granddaughters, Corinne Nelson of Newport Beach, Sophia Nelson of Cincinnati and Cecily Nelson of Chicago, Illinois; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Gillespie of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
