He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Edwin and Matilda Marie Guth (Schreiber); his wife Viola Catherine Greenwell; and his siblings, Stanley, Russell Guth and Valerie Strupp.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Kessler of Mount Vernon; his sons, Robert Guth (Joanne) of Newburgh, Roger Guth of Mount Vernon and Ronald Guth (Kim) of Evansville; his grandchildren, John Guth, Leslie Reynolds (Calvin), Brittney Guth, Wesley Guth, Haley Guth and Brock Guth; and his great grandchildren, Brenyn, Arian and Kadynce Reynolds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
