He is survived by: his mother Barbara Voyles (William David) of Wayne City, Illinois; his cousin Tony Donoho of South Carolina; his uncles, Ron Donoho (Carla) of Mount Vernon and Laverne Donoho (Patti) of Capitain; his aunt Alice Donoho of North Carolina; and his close friends, Earl and Bonnie Koshner of Colorado.
