He is survived by: his spouse Jan Dolwick (Montgomery); his children, Tiffany Bennett (Joel) of Lake, Amy Hayes (Tommy) of Mount Vernon and Brian Dolwick (Erin) of Arlington Heights, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kendall Bennett, Drew Bennett, Alexys Hayes, Paetyn Neal (Nate), Kennady Hayes, Mason Dolwick and Madalyn Dolwick; his great grandchild Sutton Elizabeth Neal; his brother Paul Dolwick (Karen) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
