He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Scoville and Emma Scoville (Summers). He is survived by: his wife Sue Davis; his daughter Debbie (Rick); his grandchildren, Allison, Luke, Katlyn (Sonny), Nick and Seth; his son Steve (Linda); and his grandchildren, Sydney, Sadie and Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jim's honor to the Building Fund at Logan Street Baptist Church.
