With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Sue Prior (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Spiller and Ruth Spiller; her husband Lendell Prior; and her brother-in-law Roger Miller. She is survived by: her grandson Gage Chamness; her brother Dennis Spiller; her children, Kris Chamness (Sarah) of Mount Vernon, Robert Riston (Bridget) of Mount Vernon, Jim Prior (Lisa) of Alameda and Julie Prior-Magee (Greg) of Rodeo; her grandchildren, Kadence, Rhythm Chamness, Isaiah Cochrane, Audi, Piper, Paige Riston, Madison and Ben Prior; her sister Barbara Miller of Mount Vernon; and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Leazer of Fort Lawn, Larry Prior (Frieda) of Baltimore and Michael Hood (Cheryl) of Clarksville, Tennessee..
