She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Clark and Irene Lynn (Morlan); and her brother Clifford Eugene "Gene" Lynn. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Deitz; her children, Monique Antos (George) of Plainfield, Ruann Barack (Ty) of Johnsburg, Teresa McIlrath (Jim) of Opdyke, Lisa Roberson (Ray McGill) of Mount Vernon and Steve Deitz (Peggy) of Orchardville, Illinois; and her pet Missy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Jackie's honor to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
