With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackelyn Trotter (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jack, Margaret Trotter, John Dillon and Dorothy Malwick (Art); and her aunt Mary Dillon.
She is survived by: her parents, John W. Trotter and Debi Trotter (Dillon); her siblings, Matt Trotter (Lacie Morgan) of Mount Vernon, Benjamin Trotter of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Jesi Oswiecimka (Mark) of Baltimore, Maryland; her nephews, Theodore and John Henry Oswiecimka; and her grandmother Shirley Dillon of Pekin, Illinois..
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
