He was predeceased by: his father Jack Lavora Clark; his sister Sonya Westall; and his brother-in-law David Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Thomas; his children, Leann (Mark Williams), Todd (Renae Clark), Justin Clark and Jason (Carissa Clark); his grandchildren, Jeff, Brooke, Carrie, Derek, Brittany, Kiersten, Austin, Jack, Colton, Max and Ethan; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Thomas and Charles Westall. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
