He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Willmore (Randall) and Henry Jacob WIllmore, Sr.; and his siblings, Norman WIllmore and Marilyn Richardson (Willmore). He is survived by: his wife Tonya Willmore (Butler); his daughters, Sondra Willmore of Mt. Vernon, Illinois. and Nicole Cobb (Willmore) of Mt. Vernon, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Shawna, Shaniah and Jayla Willmore; and his son-in-law Adam Cobb.
