It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Henry Howell of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Howell and Cleo Howell (Miller); his spouse Jessie Mae Howell (Weems); his son-in-law Tom McCord; his sister Nellie Howell; and his sisters-in-law, Aubrey Howell and Faye Rettinghaus.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Litton (Jim) of Carmi, Debra McCord of Crossville, Dorothy Chelf (Raymond) of Kuttawa, Earlene Mount (Scott Harris) of Indianapolis, Paula Foltz (Jim) of Indianapolis and Johnnie Earl Howell (Tina) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his brothers, Wayne Howell (Dotta) of Amory and Glenn Howell of South Haven, Mississippi. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
