She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oliver and Mary Oliver (Davis); her spouse Thomas Leroy Carter; her daughter Carrie Wall; and her sister Wanda Milt.
She is survived by: her children, William Thomas Carter (Debra) of Benton and Terrie Lynn Morris (Rocky) of Benton; her grandchildren, Matt Carter, Alicia Niemeyer (Chris) of Marion, Lacy Morris of Carbondale, Tristan Morris (Alyssa) of Carterville, Christopher Morris, Alex of Nashville and Isaac Morris (Jennifer) of Ewing, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Raelynn, Breanna Stewart, Macy Glasser, Heidi Morris, Chase Niemeyer, Brinlee Morris, Mackenzie, Mia and Eloise Morris; her brother Billy Oliver; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Milt and Patricia Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Hazel's honor to the animal rescue of their choice.
