She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Gilbert and Emma Annalee Cathers (Hale); her husband Kenneth Stewart; her daughter Misty Smith (Travis) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandson Cody Rector of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her great grandchild Leah Kupres; her stepchildren, Kenny Stewart (Lori) of Mount Vernon, Lee Stewart (Tanya) of Nashville and Tammy Stewart of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and her siblings, Tracy Stone of Granite City, Kevin Cathers of Jacksonville, Shannon Booher (Grant) of Adairville, Adam Cathers (Christina Roodhouse), Kathy Gibson of Fresno, California, Terry Cathers, Michael Cathers and Peggy Long. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
