Gale Talley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gale Talley (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on October 8, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Talley and Martha Vivian Talley (Oyler); and his brothers, Bruce Talley, Terry Talley, Frank Talley and Randall Talley.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Huffman Talley; his children, Matthew Talley (Casey) of Mount Vernon, Stephen Talley (Ricki) of Mount Vernon, Gale Martin (Sandy) of Elgin, Illinois and Amie Heck (Charlie) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Carson Lonas, Kendall Lonas, Kaleb Talley, Hadley Talley, Kase Talley, Ashlyn Heck, Zander McMahon, Damon Heck, Chase Heck, Luke Heck, Kaylee Heck, Alexis Martin, Joey Martin and Justin Martin; and his siblings, Herb Talley, Jr. of Mount Vernon, Roger Talley of San Antonio, Mike Talley of Waltonville, Illinois, Diana Kohut of Nason, Gayla Smeltzer of Murfreesboro and Kathy Butler of La Vergne, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
