It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda M. Staley (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Staley and Clara Keele Staley; her sister Eva Sanders; and her nephew Gale Sanders. She is survived by: her nephew Roger Sanders (Bobbie) of Mt. Vernon; her niece Brenda White (Darrell) of Huntingburg; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Krystal Thurman (Brad) of Salem, Derek Sanders (Angel) of Mt. Vernon, Lesley King (Daniel) of Evansville, Jeffery White of Phoenix and Linda Sanders of Effingham.
Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery and will be received at the funeral home.
