She was predeceased by: her fathers, Ernest Maude and Eugene Bell Bean (Huston); her son Mike Keip; her granddaughter Lana Keele; her siblings, Melvin Bean and Evelyn Simms; and her son-in-law Jimmie D. Bain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeannie Bain of Mount Vernon and Connie Lee Keele of Texico, Illinois; her stepson John Branch (Bonnie) of Clinton, Tennessee; and her siblings, Stewart Bean of Mount Vernon and Anna Keip of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Freda's honor to the Union Chapel Cemetery.
