With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin S Miller of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Ewing, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin D. Miller and Nellie Mae Miller (King); and his siblings, Mae Sink, Clyda Reininger, Rhuie Miller, Conrad Miller, Arlen Miller and Benjamin Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Miller (Fullerton); and his siblings-in-law, Merle Fullerton (Beverly), Morris Fullerton (Sharon), Doris McMullen (Steve) and Phyllis Foster (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
