He was predeceased by: his spouse Frances E. Kramer (Whitman); and his siblings, Melvin Kramer, Bernard Kramer, Edna Droste, Mary Borders and Wilma Kramer.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Kramer (Brenda) of Sesser and Phil Kramer (Wanda) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his close friend Helen Tate of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Dennis Kramer (Lindsey) of Annapolis, Alex Kramer of Sesser, Brooke Mitchell (Jonah) of Mount Vernon and Matt Kramer of Effingham, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Reese Mitchell and Claire Kramer; and his brother Robert Kramer (Betty) of Haubstadt, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
