He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex A. Witucki and Annette R. Witucki; his wife Jeanette Witucki (Myers); his granddaughter Jessica A. Kelley; his son-in-law James "Tab" Kelley; his brother Donald Witucki; and his sister-in-law Mary Witucki.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Kelley (Witucki) and Kevin Witucki; and his grandchildren, Mary E. Witucki, Braden S. Kelley (Natalie), Brianna N. Kelley (Matt Breeze), Alexander C. Witucki and Lane M. Witucki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Francis's honor to the charity of the donor's choice.
