She is survived by: her children, Claudene Lopez (George), Claude Overstreet (Cheryl) and Twila Bowden (Barry); and her grandchildren, Dagny, Samantha, Tony Lopez, Georgette Helpingstine (Ryan), Susan Lyon (Aaron), Brian Overstreet (Victoria), John Bowden (Jasmyn) and Lynn Robertson (Marc).
Frances died May 1, 2020 of COVID-19 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
