Eugene Estes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2019, at the age of 91, Eugene Estes (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Estes and Altha Todd Estes. He is survived by: his wife Retta Halena Hayes; his daughters, Kathie Colwell (Dale) of Bluford and Mary Farmer (Dan) of Bonnie; his grandchildren, Shaina Jackson (Jeremy) of Marion, Duke Farmer of Mount Vernon, Kwort Farmer (Chelsey) of Woodlawn, Butch Farmer (Sarah) of Marion, Kendra Kashycke (Steve) of Fairview Heights and Quinn Colwell (Erica) of St. Louis; and his sister Mona Rybacki (Clem) of Las Vegas. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hopewell Cemetery Association.
