She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reese and Hazel Reese (Bach); her husband Billy Webber; her brothers, Jack Reese and Harry Reese; and her son-in-law Joe Nellis.

She is survived by: her children, Marcie Nellis, Rodney (Tammy) and Roger Webber (Louise); and her sister Marie Baker. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
