She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnson Foulks and Mary Foulks; her children, Kevin Dale Foulks, Raymond "Chico" Foulks, Richard Junior Foulks, John Junior Foulks, Corene Foulks, Ethel Faye Goosby, Betty Foulks and Ada Foulks; and her siblings, Henrietta "Nanny" Taylor and Willie Foulks.
She is survived by: her children, Dorris Jean Higgins of Mount Vernon, Maudie "Dwight" Gamble of Carbondale, Martha Jones of Owensboro, Jessie Foulks of Mount Vernon, Gary Sanders of Mount Vernon, Joe "Rasheeda" Sanders of Carbondale, James Foulks of West Virginia and Willie Cross of Hickman, Kentucky; and her close friend Patricia Morgan of Decatur, Illinois. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one hundred seventy-eight great-grandchildren, and seventy-two great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
