Ernest Brown Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest Brown of Mount Vernon, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd G. Brown and Alice E. Brown (Gray); and his siblings, Alice Sue Mason, Anita June Brown, Tommy Leon Brown and Rodney Brent Brown.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat Brown (Blagg); his children, Jim Brown (Teresa) of Mount Vernon and Cindy Isaac (Rob) of Mount Vernon; his granddaughters, Bria Sims, Kelsey Beal (Jeff), Blythe Lee Brown (Lucas), Bethaney Brown (Joshua) and Megan Morris (Jace); his great grandchildren, Ava Beal, Keira Beal, Allie Sims, Kinley Sims, Jorja Morris and June Morris; and his brothers, Reverend Jerry Brown (Sharon) of Mount Vernon and Jim Brown (Beverly) of Rock Hall, Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Ernest's honor to East Salem Cemetery.
