He is survived by: his mother Susan Michelle Ray-Badger; his siblings, Ernest Ray Badger, Jr. (Miranda Chambliss) of Mount Vernon, Artrena Magdalen Badger (Christian Cauthran) of Gastonia, Ethan Ray Badger of Mount Vernon, Autumn Michelle Badger (Kaleb Shoots) of Mount Vernon and Azelia Badger of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his nephews, Ernest Ray Badger III and Jameson Bentley Cauthran; his niece Celine Ravenna Cauthran; his grandparents, Vernell E. Badger of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Gary W. Ray of Saint Louis and Florence B. Brown of Big Arm, Montana; and his close friend Shalyn Crane of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Eli's honor to his family to be used for a scholarship in Eli's name.
