He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Kubicki and Francis Kubicki (Jaskula). He is survived by: his wife Agnes A. Kubicki (Majewski); his sons, Dennis G. Kubicki (Renee) of Scheller and Duane G. Kubicki (Angie) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Selina Jo Craven (T. J.) of Mount Vernon, Chasity Stewart (Sean) of Benton and Chelsea Neale (Wes) of Almo, Kentucky; his sister Pauline Kania of DuBois, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Craven, Easton Neale, Caylee Stewart and Caden Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Saint Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or Saint Mary School.
