With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Donaldson Keyes of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunton and Ruth Keyes (Moorehouse); and his siblings, John Keyes, Barbara Griffith and Debbie Busch.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Keyes (Freezee); his sons, Stephen Edward Keyes (Debra) of Noblesville, John David Keyes (Debbie) of Springfield and Daniel "Dan" Stuart Keyes (Mary) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Melissa Meyer (Brian), Rachelle Walters (Kevin), Marcie Larson (Joe), Karmen Keyes (Bethany), John David Keyes, Jr., Christin Braswell (Greg), Diana Depyatic, Brian Keyes (Sarah Jo) and Dayna Toliver (Shawn). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
