She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Martin and Velma Mae Story (Crider); her husband Randy Dale Cummings; her brother Martin Leon Story; her siblings-in-law, Terry Joy, Anna Story and Ron Cummings; and her parents-in-law, Presley and Myrna Cummings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marinda "Rindy" VanMatre (Jason) of Opdyke and Kiley Stevens (Jason) of Saint Peters, Missouri; her grandchildren, Rance, Rylan, Jayda of Opdyke, Jaley and Kaleb of Saint Peters; and her siblings, Larry Story of Opdyke and Lovetta Joy of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Donna's honor to Bethel Memorial Cemetery.
