She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ziarnek and Evelyn Ziarnek (Tate); and her husband Clyde David Capps. She is survived by: her son Michael Capps (Sonya) of Fenton, Missouri; her stepgranddaughters, Kaylea Gleason, Morgan Gleason and Josie Gleason; and her siblings, Ted Ziarnek of Michigan City, Indiana, Mildred Phipps of Countryside, Theodine Phipps of Countryside and Mary Jo Adcock (Garry) of Bluford, Illinois.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Memorials may be made in Donna's honor to St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Church.
