Donald Richard Parrish Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 94, Donald Richard Parrish (Mount Vernon, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorena Bullock Parrish and Earl Parrish; his daughter Suzan Lorena Parrish; and his siblings, Betty Opisso, Wendell Parrish and Tyke Parrish.
He is survived by: his children, Donald R. "Rick" Parrish Jr. (Jamie) and Alyson "Renae" Storey (Adrian) of Amyah Parrish, T. J; his grandchildren, Chrissy Crane, Kelly Knight, Jessie Parrish, Allie Parrish, Sage Parrish-Fedora, Riley Dawn Parrish, Max Parrish and Marlow Parrish; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Overacker and Arya Parrish; and his brother Truman Parrish (Sheila). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorials be made in Don's honor to Brightpoint brightpoint.org/donate online or in-person at Hughey Funeral Home.
