She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Swan and Verna Mae Swan (Jones). She is survived by: her brothers, Terry Swan (Vikki) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Bob Swan (Lisa) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Dean Swan (Patti) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her nieces and nephews, Greg Swan, Heather Swan, Ryan Swan (Tara), Rachel Holloway (Tim), Mark Swan (Kristine), Amy Burgos and Jordan Gerhardt; her close friends, Janet Smith and Carol Keegan; her cousin Janice Jones; and her pet Bella.
Memorials may be made in Debra's honor to the Central Christian Church Food Pantry or Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
