She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Edward and Virginia DeKemper (Richmond); and her sister Vonda Lou DeKemper. She is survived by: her spouse Freddie Bebout; her son Nicholas Bebout; and her sisters, Norma Sue Stillwagoner and Martha Stratton (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Point Township Church of the Nazarene.
