She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Bolerjack and Belva Bolerjack (Payne); her son James Kevin Phelps; her sister Cindi Morris; her former husbands, Jim Phelps of Dix and Jody Beckham of Mt. Vernon; and her close friend Billy Hails.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Phelps of Dix and Rhonda Phelps Crawford (Danny) of Dix; her grandchildren, Tyler Crawford of Sesser, Makayla Crawford (Tanner Murray) of Centralia, Kylar Phelps (Reanna) of Dix, Shelby Phelps of Mt. Vernon and Blake Phelps; her great grandchildren, Rhonin, Ivar Wilson, Reid Hurst, Valkyrie, Vasarhys Crawford, Weston Murray, Rynlee, Wyatt Phelps, Madison, Ryleigh Marlow, Kyson, Kayden, Demi Phelps and McKinney; and her siblings, Donnie Morris of St. Louis, Candy of California, Debbie Morris of California and Darlia Jensen of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
