He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spotanski and Ann Spotanski (Surina); his sister Florence; and his children, Karla and Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Czerniejewski; his daughters, Yvonne Grover (Jerry) of Scottsdale and Julie Klamm (Deron) of Tamaroa, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Erin Joy Klamm and Jenna Rose Klamm.
