He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Crissy Patterson (Craig) of Boyd, Alexus Tate (Drake) of Mount Vernon, Brian McKay (Holly) of Woodlawn and Tony Fitzpatrick (Carrie) of Mount Vernon; and his brother Charles Reid McKay. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
