It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christina Stables of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Gladstone, Illinois, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her siblings, Verna Pullen and Tom Asbury; and her parents, Ollie Asbury and George Asbury.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Cari) of Western Springs, IL and Tom; her grandchildren, Dana Dell (Justin), Derrick Stables, Andrew Stables, Trevor Stables and Nathan Stables; and her nieces and nephews, Peggy Schwessinger, Peggy Frank, Susan Burger, Tom Pullen, Dick Stables, Bill Stables and Bob Galligar.
