Charles Lee Owens Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lee Owens of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Luxora, Arkansas, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Owens; his wife Beatrice Owens (Jones); and his siblings, Willie James Owens, Margie Johnson and Georgia Mae Owens.

He is survived by: his mother Ola Mae Owens (Johnson); his children, Trinica Ford (Reynolds) of Maywood, Illinois, Charles Lee Reynolds of Mount Vernon and Darryl Eugene Owens of Sugargrove, Illinois; his stepson Jason Lamont Reynolds of Odin, Illinois; and his siblings, Walter Owens, Tommy Owens, Jesse Owens, Gloriastine Johnson, Maxine Riley, Carla Owens, Debra Owens and Patricia Owens. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
