We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2021, at the age of 76, Carolyn M Downes of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Aussieker. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Aussieker (Tucker) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her children, Jean Beach, Jonathan Downes of Anna, Daniel Malloy of Nashville and Francis Malloy of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Matthew Downes of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Dominick Beach of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Blayze Beach of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her siblings, David Aussieker (Marty) of Ashley, Illinois and Sharon Feltman (Jeff) of Pomona, Illinois; and also Ron Brake of Mount Vernon, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
