She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harry A. and Naomi McKinney (Bennett); her husband Paul E. Phillips; and her siblings, Sandra Lynn Johnson of Fertile and Jeffrey Lynn McKinney of Peru, Illinois..
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Elaine Duncan of Mt. Vernon, Kristie Lynn Morgan of Mt. Vernon and Zoey Elaine Lyn Duncan of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Anthony C. Duncan (Allison), Kristin Duncan-Ellis (Thomas Keeley), Nicholas Paul Duncan, Sydney Alieen Morgan, Reece Paul Duncan and Lillian Louise Morgan; and her sisters, Susan Irene Folik of Rice Lake, Candace Naomi Patzelsberger of Beaver Dam and Dorothia Kay Brown McKinney of Peru, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
