It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Allen Mays of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Blake Allen Mays to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Art Schulte. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Leroy Jr. and Donna M. Mays (Schulte); his grandparents, Donald "Duck" L., Saraetta "Sally" Mays of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Joan Schulte of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his brother Brian Mays (Jenafer) of Wesley Chapel, Florida; his nephews, Colton and Parker Mays; and his niece Annalyse Mays. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made in Blake's honor to Mount Vernon American Legion.
