He is survived by: his spouse Rocky Phelps of Mount Vernon; his son Chad Phelps (Erika) of Woodlawn; his grandchildren, Chase Phelps (Lexie) of Woodlawn, Chance Phelps of Woodlawn, Bryli Ham of Opdyke, Cade Ham of Opdyke, Braden Kitowski of Radom and Jasie Kitowski (Isaac McPhail) of Waltonville, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Kash Phelps of Woodlawn and Kolt Phelps of Woodlawn; and his sibling Bonnadine Eater (Arthur) of North Carolina.
