He was predeceased by: his former wife Alice Galligher; his wife Jacqueline; his brothers, Thurman D. Williams, Marvin Williams and Robert Williams; his half-brothers, Fred Shurtz and Glen Shurtz; his son Gary Williams; and his grandson Sean Cavanaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Wooden (Danny) of Mount Vernon, Richard Gregory (Kathleen) of St. Louis, Steven Gregory (Pam) of Lake, Maria Cavanaugh (Michael) of St. Augustine and Brett Gregory of Waltonville; his grandchildren, Robyn Harrison, Marie Williams, Kelsey Williams, Kevin Gregory, Susan Gregory, Adam Gregory, Cole Gregory, Heather Brulez, David Reed, Kendra Rynski and Colin Cavanaugh; his nephews, Roger Williams of Bonnie, Brad Williams of Mount Vernon and Michael Williams of Texas; and his niece Paula Sherwood of Bonnie. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
