With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Fred Hubbell of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jewel and Agnes Pauline Hubbell (Milam); his wife Marilyn Hubbell (Morris); and his son Garrett Hubbell. He is survived by: his children, Dwaine Hubbell (Roberta) of Golden Gate, Timothy Hubbell of Mount Vernon, Deborah Hodson of Terre Haute and Suzanne Doggett of Mill Shoals, Illinois; his grandchildren, Rebekah Hubbell of Fairfield, Thomas Hubbell of Fairfield, Jacob Exline (Joli) of Fountain Inn, Morgan Doggett of Mill Shoals, Nicholas Hodson of Terre Haute and Alissa Baldwin (Jacob) of Blanco, Texas; his great grandchildren, Kenley Baldwin, Holland Baldwin, Mila Exline and Barrett Exline; and his sister Beverely Hubbell of Mobile, Alabama..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Billie's honor to the Hubbell family to assist with funeral and burial expenses, in care of Tim Hubbell.
