It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Louise Frazier of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Henry Rudolph; her husband Wendell Hyslop; and her sisters, Delores Fhurhop and Shirley Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Robert Hyslop of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Brenda Mateer (Mike) of Sarasota, Florida; her grandchildren, Mike Mateer (Erin), Brian Mateer, Tracy Johnston and Jeff Williams; her great grandchildren, Piper, Aria and Opal; her brother Howard Egan; and her nieces and nephews, Gary, Janet, Gail, Karen, Mike and Jason.
Memorials may be made in Betty's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
