It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Lovin-Glover of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Franklin; her former spouse Emery Eugene Lovin; her daughter Peggy Lovin; her grandchildren, Melinda Kay Lovin and Caleb Holtz; and her sister Shirley Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Lovin (Sue) of Mount Vernon, John Lovin (Beth) of Belle Rive, Illinois and Penny Miller (Randy) of New Bern; and her grandchildren, Tammy Price (Patrick) of Kentucky, Tracy Marlow of Fairfield, Becky Webb (Chris) of Mount Vernon, James V. Lovin (Michelle) of Nashville, Casey Goodwin (Jacob) of Scheller, Erin Miller of Charlotte and Amy Miller of Richmond Hill, Georgia. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
