We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2020, at the age of 87, Barbara L. Ilbery of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara L. Ilbery to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garrison and Ruth Garrison (Wilson); her husband Charles Fredrick Ilbery; her sons, Gene Rice and Lloyd Ilbery; her brothers, Bobby Garrison, James Garrison and Roger Garrison; and her granddaughter Ashton Ilbery.

She is survived by: her children, Joe Ilbery (Lori) of Mount Vernon, Chuck Ilbery (Charmaine) of Decatur, Rick Ilbery (Miriam) of Dix, David Ilbery (Amy Wright) of South Carolina, Norma Rice of Tovey, Charolett Wertepney of Mount Vernon, Debra Russo (Phil) of Tampa, Renee Rowen (Melinda) of Oviedo and Becky Ilbery (Franc Seaman) of Mount Vernon; and her brother Richard Garrison of Ina. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
