She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bushong and Fern Bushong (Sukanen-Krinkie); her husband Willard Dale Johnson; her children, Mark Allen Rich and Lisa Isabel Johnson; and her siblings, Gary Bushong, Raymond Bushong, Gloria Salmeri and Clarence Bushong, Jr..

She is survived by: her former spouse Jewel Lee Rich; her sons, David Rich (Lori) of Dwight and Gary Johnson of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Jana Rich of Dwight, Julie Barlow of Dwight, Lydia Porter of Dwight, Bekkah Rich-Johnson of Mount Vernon, Karen Rich of Mount Vernon, Jordan Wood of Mount Vernon, Gretchen Rich of Mount Vernon and Billy Beckham of Mount Vernon; and her sisters, Nina Peacock of Mount Vernon and Donna Richards (Ray) of Mount Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
