It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna Louise Marlowe of Mount Vernon, Illinois, born in Broughton, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ira Brooks; her husband Herman Marlowe; her grandson Justin R. Marlowe; and her siblings, Russell Finkbinder, Donald Brooks, Rose Bailey and Linda "Squeaky" Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Marlowe of Mount Vernon, Tim Marlowe, Robin Marlowe (Michael Rohdenburg) of Elmhurst, Kathy Marlowe of Mount Vernon and Christopher "BoBo" Marlowe (Tess Barnett) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Heather Lyell, Amanda Gasper, Lacey Barclay, Felicia Oliger, Joshua Phillips, Brett Phillips, Aaron Keele, Brittney Jamison, Kevin Vasquez, Jr., Keisha Kirk, Kristopher Vasquez, Kelsey Vasquez and Kylie Marlowe; her great grandchildren, Bella Williamson, Madeline Marlowe, Breanna Moore, Hunter Hines, Jackson Hines, Zannah Frankfort, Franklin, Fredrick Oliger, Kayden Phillips, Emily Phillips, Kallie Vasquez, Evie Vasquez, Maverick Vasquez and Carter Vasquez; her sisters, Jane Edwards and Mary McKee; and her sister-in-law Linda Brooks. She is also survived by several nephews and one niece; and her beloved dog.
